Her insurance has declined her medication, medication that she has been on for the better part of two years, medication they have never hesitated to pay for previously, medication that it would be best for everyone involved for her to stay on. All of this she explains, with the plainest words possible, to the AI chatbot her insurance offers customers who have questions and complaints. As she expertly types BUT WHY THE FUCK DON'T YOU COVER IT *THIS* MONTH, she is distracted by the door chime, alerting her that her first walk-in of the day has arrived...
